Welcome to the Crisis Reception!
We support you as best we can in all kinds of crises. You can come to the reception, for example, because of a life crisis, in matters related to relationships, if you are concerned about your own health or that of a loved one, or when you have encountered a traumatic event. Nothing is too small or too big to face.
You can come to us alone or together with your partner or loved ones. You do not need a referral for the reception, and we do not record visits. Our crisis workers are trained professionals in mental health work,
who have years of experience in crisis work.
Usually, the crisis starts to resolve itself within a few visits,
but the number of visits is not limited. You can also book appointments in the form of short therapy, in which case the customer relationship can continue even longer. If necessary, we guide you to suitable services.

We also offer crisis assistance remotely, so you can attend the reception anywhere.
​APPOINTMENT
Crisis reception works by appointment. Appointments are available quickly, even for the same day. We also offer appointments late at night and on weekends. The first time is 60 minutes for individual customer and 90 minutes for a couple or family. In the future, you can choose a different length of time if you wish.

You get the first appointment at half price. The first appointment is paid for through the booking system. Subsequent appointments are paid for with a credit card, through the booking system or via a payment link no later than 24 hours before the booked appointment. In case of cancellation, the appointment must be rescheduled or canceled through the booking system or by calling at least 24 hours before its start. We reserve the right to charge for reservations canceled after 24 hours, or not canceled or paid at all.

1,55 € / minute + local network fee or mobile phone fee. Open every day from 10 am to midnight except on holidays and eves. The national crisis helpline is on call 24/7 at the number 09 2525 0111.
There are parking spaces for customers in the yard.
They are chargeable on weekdays between
8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Buses 8, 11, 12, 13, 26, 31, and 32 are the closest. The stop is Viinikanlahti.
You can support our activities by buying our products.
The money is used to maintain and develop our operations so that we can
help as many as possible in the midst of a crisis.
Every year, we donate 5% of the operating profit to charity.
